I am a new media designer and all around tech geek living the beach bum life in Corpus Christi, Texas.

I grew up in the Rio Grande Valley in the small town of Elsa, Texas.  While attending Edcouch-Elsa High School I learned I could fuse my love of Art with my fascination of technology when I discovered the Graphic Design field.  With that in mind, I chose to attend The University of Texas - Pan American where I received a Bachelors’ of Fine Arts with a specialization in Graphic Design.

After years of working within the print industry, I found myself most compelled with the intrigues of designing for the web.  With the World Wide Web unfolding before my eyes, I was engulfed with the endless canvas that the internet provided.

A few months after graduating from College I moved to San Antonio, Texas in order to pursue my dream of taking my design expertise and contributing to an organization’s growing success.

This opportunity crossed my path when I received a phone call from The Desire Group.  They are a small product design firm making big things happen in the tile and fashion industries.  They presented me the opportunity to help build their product lines, visual style, and overall corporate identity. While working for The Desire Group, I was approached by the President of the Globalink Network and offered to freelance as their webmaster when they relocated their headquarters to San Antonio.

Amidst these career building opportunities, I met a great woman and made her my wife.  We decided to move to Corpus Christi, Texas in order to further our education and to be closer to family.

Currently, I work for the Flour Bluff Independent School District managing their district website and handling all of their Graphic Design needs.  In my spare time, although I prefer to be sitting on the beach, I continue to build my freelance web design business which includes still maintaining the Globalink Network website.
